I'd like to make an announcement! I have started a new personal blog/website under the same name as this one and that's where I'm going to be posting stuff from now on. You can find it here: The Summer of Morris By the way, I was pretty happy to get the domain nickmorris.me - perfect. I'm hoping I can make it to number one in Google for my name. There's some tough competition but I think I can get there.

Wicked Cow and Hitchhiking

Ok so I decided to not get a job and start my own business instead. Its called Wicked Cow Marketing and it has been a slow start but I've got some things in the works that will hopefully build my reputation and get my name out there to get more clients.

In other news, I just wrote a mamoth article about hitchhiking - my experiences, ideas, planning for my next trip etc. I've put it on my website but its not linked from the internal hierarchy.

Kids Parties Adelaide

I'm teaching my family to blog! So far its much harder than I thought and they haven't even written anything yet. Hopefully it gets easier from here.

The blog is called Kids Parties Adelaide and is to help promote my parent's business: Superplay Cafe in Mount Barker in the hills.

Building My Portfolio

I've started building my webdesign and internet marketing portfolio to help get a job in the industry. My first project just went online, its a website for my parent's new business: Superplay Cafe- a kid's play cafe, with an indoor playground, at Mt Barker in the Adelaide Hills.

Dad also wants me to do a website for one of his projects then I'll look to other local businesses to continue building.

The Superplay website is a simple static site but I want to build sites using a range of tools including wordpress, joomla, blogger and others.
